Check the availability of the apartment by selecting the dates of your trip in the booking calendar. Indicate the total number of people, including children, when making the reservation. The apartment will be considered reserved once the payment has been made. After making the payment, you will receive an email confirming the reservation and the details of your stay.
– Reservations made more than 60 days before the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total amount. The remaining 50% will be charged 60 days before the arrival date.
– For bookings made less than 60 days before the arrival date – 100% of the total amount will be charged.
As a guarantee the Refundable Security Deposit is required. It is not included in the total price (amount to be checked in each apartment).
This amount will be pre-authorized the day of arrival on the credit card indicated by guest and will be refunded within 48 hours after departure, after the inspection of the house and with the condition that any Damages produced during the stay have not been found.
The final cleaning of the apartment is included in the total price of the stay. We will also provide a crib and high chair upon request. You can check the complete list of amenities of our apartments here.
You can hire any type of additional services such as a child care (nanny), transportation service, chef, trips, gastronomic courses, among others, according to your needs. In order to request, fill in the corresponding field when making the reservation. We will contact you to specify the details.

– The client will have to pay 50% of the total price if they cancel after making the reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel during the 60 days before the date of arrival.

To change of check-out time, please contact us. We will check if this possibility exists, depending on the occupation of the apartment, and if possible, we will inform you of the corresponding amount to pay.
To check-out it is necessary to vacate first the parking space (if you have used it). In the apartment, close the windows and turn off electrical appliances. It is necessary to leave both: garage’s and apartment’s keys, in the furniture in the entrance and close the door fully after leaving the apartment.
The deposit return period within 48 hours of departure. After your departure, our team will check the furnishings, furniture and the general condition of the apartment. Once the review is complete, the amount withheld will be returned, provided there are no damages.
