An ultra-modern, luxurious and impressive Scandinavian-style villa perched on a cliff, on the oceanfront and surrounded by woodland is a real find for those looking for an exclusive location. Ideal for those who love the sea but don't want crowded beaches.

To reach home, you just need to get away from the city and its noise to immerse yourself in the purity and beauty of Monte Igeldo. A breathtaking road amid green meadows and endless sea leads the traveller to their destination - and the best is yet to come. The large villa welcomes guests to 15,000 m² of private space with its own forest, beautiful garden, fish pond, numerous seating areas and barbecue area - all of which form the perfect paradise for an unforgettable holiday.

Panoramic views over the Atlantic are integrated into the architecture and interiors of the entire house - nature is present in every room. It is 700 square metres of luxury and total comfort. In addition to the living room, dining room, kitchen and large terrace overlooking the sea, the house has seven bright and spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The ground floor of the house is connected to the garden through sliding windows and adds a large relaxation space with a big SPA consisting of an indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, hammam, kitchen, party room, guest toilet and a garage for 3 cars of the big size.

There is also a helicopter landing stage to receive guests.

During the construction only the highest quality materials were used:
The façade is made of natural natural slate, which changes shades depending on the weather conditions.
The modern air-conditioning system features under-floor heating and ultra-reliable equipment in the form of DAIKIN fan coils.

The floor-to-ceiling windows are equipped with electric blinds that can regulate the level of external light from 0 to 100%. It is controlled by means of a remote control.

Four of the seven bedrooms also have the option of independent outside entry.
All the bedrooms are equipped with Samsung 55'' televisions.

For convenience, the house has two kitchens on different floors fully and exclusively equipped with Mielle appliances.
The equipment includes three refrigerators and three freezers, built-in wine cabinets, induction hobs, three multi-functional ovens, three dishwashers and a built-in stationary coffee machine to make a drink from natural beans.

One of the kitchens has a 3m island to combine cooking with enjoying the ocean views.
The second kitchen also has a sea view.The washing room equipment includes two washing machines and two dryers.

The relaxation area has a spacious SPA area with a heated swimming pool. The pool is 12 metres long and 5.5 metres wide. The water depth varies from 0.8 to 3.0 metres along the entire length of the pool.
The layout of the spacious Finnish sauna and hammam allows you to combine relaxation with the enjoyment of the sea views. Spacious dining area integrated in the lounge area has a 75'' Samsung screen. The SPA area is equipped with comfortable showers.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful and picturesque park with a fish pond
The park has many paths of up to half a kilometre in length, where you can walk around the clock. When the evening lights come on, the manor house is transformed and looks like a picture.
The park has an observation deck and a bio-climate gazebo with ocean views and soft furnishings for all types of weather.
