The villa offers for the enjoyment of its guests a large living room with 3.5 meter ceilings, a kitchen overlooking the garden, three bedrooms with views of the Bay of La Concha and a total of five bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor, has a reading area with fireplace, large built-in wardrobe and two en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The other two bedrooms also have sea views, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathrooms. The interiors of the villa are exquisitely decorated offering a balanced fusion of contemporary and classic style. Spacious rooms, high ceilings, large windows and sea views fill the house with light and extraordinary beauty.

The villa is located in a charming, green and quiet area. For the maximum comfort of the tenants the house has a private garden of 200m2 and a total of four terraces with sea views, the upper terrace is equipped with mechanized awning. Garage for two vehicles, mechanized door both at the entrance to the car park and to the garage itself. Silent lift that connects all levels of the house, from the garage to each of the bedrooms. Maximum Occupancy: Kindly note that the maximum occupancy for this property is 6 people.

Security Deposit:
For rentals lasting 31 nights (one month), a security deposit of 5.000 euros will be required. This deposit will be fully refunded within a maximum of 90 days, provided that no damage has occurred to the property during the guest’s stay. The amount of the deposit is calculated in accordance with local regulations, and the exact amount may vary depending on the booking dates.

Utility Costs:
Should the utility costs (electricity, water, waste collection, and gas) exceed 200 euros per month, the guest will be kindly requested to cover the difference. This additional charge will be deducted from the security deposit at the time of its refund.
