A luxury apartment, located in front of the La Concha beach. The location is perfect, in the ‘Romantic Area’ of downtown San Sebastian.

It’s highlights include the interior design which is refined and modern, following the latest design trends.

The living room is very spacious, and is divided into the living area; where we will find a Samsung Smart TV60 TV, and the large dining area with a table for 10 people. In this room there is access to the 50 m2 terrace with direct access to the beach.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary high-end appliances: wine cellar, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and the Nespresso coffee machine.

The house has five bedrooms, all en suite, as well as built-in wardrobes, Samsung Smart TV40¨ TVs, underfloor heating with individual thermostats, air conditioning and viscoelastic mattresses. Both the bedding and the towels are Egyptian cotton.

The apartment has 300 Mb Internet connection and WIFI.
