Security Deposit: When renting this luxurious apartment for a duration of one month (31 nights), a deposit of €1,500 will be required. This deposit will be fully refunded within a maximum of 90 days, provided no damage occurs during your stay. The deposit amount will be calculated in accordance with local regulations, tailored individually based on your reservation dates.

Utility Expenses: In the event that utility costs (electricity, water, garbage collection, and gas) exceed €250 per month, the guest will be responsible for covering any additional expenses (which will be deducted from the deposit upon its return).
