It is perfect for a family as it has two spacious rooms and is fully equipped. It is very quiet and peaceful - a great advantage considering its central location.

The property has two bedrooms with great wardrobes, a complete bathroom with shower and hydro-massage bath, a dressing room and a cosy living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a glass partition that allows you to cook without smells reaching the rest of the house. High ceilings and large windows give access to a balcony and flood the whole house with natural light from the large courtyard.

The flat is rented fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary including kitchenware. It is compulsory to provide the Legal Deposit, amount to be consulted.
